The royal palace of Golestan is the oldest royal palace in Tehran, also known as the rose palace.

The palace is located between Imam Khomeini Sq and Bazaar. It is composed of several majestic buildings and a well-manicured garden in the middle. The royal palace witnessed the glory and extravagance of the rulers of the Canadian dynasty.

From the doorway, the marble throne hall leads from the entrance to the marble throne (Ivan-e Takht). This is a mirrored, front-facing hall with a gorgeous throne in the middle.

The centerpiece of the hall, which is used to hold ceremonies, is supported by portraits and is constructed of 65 pieces of yellow striped marble.

After the Museum of Art leaves the main hall, you will come to the Negar Khane, where you will find many works of art during the period. There is also a portrait of Shah (the title of the ancient emperor of Persian) in the museum. The jewelry and the crown worn by the figures can be seen in the National Jewellery Museum.

The Hall of Mirrors then came to Talar-e Ayaheh, the most famous palace in the palace. The mirror hall was built specifically for the Peacock throne.
